Lior Shani

Lior Shani is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and aeronautics. Currently serving as Director Factory Manager at Philips since April 2015, Lior manages a team of engineers supporting CT production lines and has previously held the role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Prior to Philips, Lior worked at Applied Materials as a Mechanical Engineer focused on customer support and troubleshooting, and at the IAF as an Aeronautical Engineer involved in mechanical design, strength analysis, and project management for military fleets. Lior's career began at Ae, where responsibilities included managing structural maintenance programs for F-16 aircraft. Lior holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
