Luc Simons is a Senior Supplier Quality Engineering Manager with over 20 years in the Medical Device industry, including 15 years in managerial roles across Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Quality. Currently, they lead a multisite team at Philips, focusing on supplier performance improvement strategies. Previously, at Medtronic, Luc held multiple leadership positions, enhancing manufacturing processes and team performance while managing teams of over 200 employees. Luc has also contributed to start-up environments and has extensive knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced industry. They hold an MBA in Business Administration from Maastricht University.
