Maarten Boertien

Maarten Boertien is a Senior Business Development Manager in Imaging at Philips, specializing in healthcare and medical technology. With experience in both sales and marketing, they have successfully driven projects and sales growth in emerging markets, including Africa, China, and Latin America. Maarten has held various significant roles, including founding board member of the World Healthcare Forum and co-founder of the Sustainable Healthcare Challenge. They hold a BSc in International Business from the University of Groningen and a MSc in Health Economics, Policy & Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by their Executive Education in Strategic Marketing from INSEAD.
