Maheswari Jaydev is an experienced HR leader specializing in business partnering, talent management, and organizational transformation. With a career spanning over two decades, they have contributed significantly to large multinational corporations across various regions, including the US, Europe, and Asia. Maheswari has held key roles in companies such as Philips, Wipro, and Schneider Electric, where they managed extensive HR transformation programs. Currently, they serve as the HR Leader for Global Business Services at Philips, while also dedicating time to developing leadership and driving workplace diversity. Maheswari completed a course on Workplace Diversity and Inclusive Leadership at the University of Colorado in 2021.
