Mandy Waber

Mandy Waber is an HR Director and global HR Business Partner for Philips Diagnostic X-Ray and Imaging Europe at Philips. They began their career with an internship in Human Resource Management at Philips, later working on various HR projects including talent management and capability building. Mandy's extensive experience includes roles as HR Manager and Integrated Talent Manager across multiple Philips divisions, where they focused on implementing people strategies and enhancing organizational capabilities. They hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in International Business from Maastricht University, as well as additional studies at Essec Business School in Paris.
