Marc Kaplan is the Head of Market Intelligence for Oral Care and Baby Products at Philips North America, where they oversee consumer insights and market research for the Philips Sonicare and Philips Avent brands in the US and Canada. With over 15 years of experience in the consumer products industry, they have a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Prior to joining Philips, Marc held several key positions, including Marketing Research Manager at Johnson & Johnson and Senior Manager for Global Insights at Colgate Palmolive. Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and an MBA in Marketing from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
