Mareike Csar

Mareike Csar is a professional experienced in program development, strategy activation, and process improvements. They served as the Systems and Process Manager at Eco2 Ltd from 2013 to 2015, focusing on corporate project management and optimizing bio-energy supply chains. Most recently, they have held several roles at Philips from 2022 to 2023, including Global Experience Marketing Enablement Lead, where they worked on strategic program development and process enhancements. Mareike began their career at Xerox, where they progressed from Marketing Executive to Program Manager between 2009 and 2011, managing global marketing campaigns and events. They hold a BA in Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire and an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy from the University of Bristol.
