Mark Breyen is currently the Vice President of Research and Development at Philips, leading the Image-guided Therapy Devices business, and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Previously, Breyen was a Board Member and Advisor at the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium and held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including General Manager of the Physiological Research Laboratory and Vice President of Research and Technology. Breyen has a strong background in driving product development and innovation within diverse biomedical and technological domains and earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
