Matteo Tavella is the Integration and Data Migration Manager for EMEA at Philips, where they manage a team of 22 professionals focused on healthcare information systems integration and data migration. With 15 years of experience at Carestream Health and Philips, they began their career as an integration specialist before being promoted to team manager, expanding their team's responsibilities from 7 to 16 members. Eight years ago, Matteo successfully established a dedicated PACS migration team, which has since achieved remarkable results in deliveries and competitive success in the market. They hold a degree in Computer Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
