Maxim Lalaev is an international finance executive with over 15 years of diverse experience, currently serving as the Head of Finance for Philips Personal Health. Previously, Maxim held roles at companies such as Dyson and Nike, where they demonstrated expertise in finance transformation, commercial finance, and financial planning across various regions. Educated with a Master’s degree in International Economics from the State University of Management and further training in Business Administration from the London School of Economics, Maxim is skilled in developing scalable financial processes and fostering collaboration within multicultural teams.
