Megan Giannini

Megan Giannini is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in transforming and leading HR initiatives across multinational organizations. Currently, as Head of People for the International Region at Philips, Megan oversees HR enablement for 45,000 FTEs across 80 countries, having previously served as the Global Head of Talent, Development and Organizational Effectiveness. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Lumileds, where Megan led a team of 115 HR professionals, and various senior HR positions at Philips that encompassed talent management, leadership development, and post-merger integration. Megan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School, and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
