Melissa Allison, MBA, serves as the Head of Product Development and Marketing at Philips, DXR. With a distinguished career in the medical device sector, Melissa has held roles such as Senior Director, International Marketing at AtriCure, where they led a team to achieve remarkable revenue growth. Known for transforming marketing strategies, they drove significant increases in leads and revenue during their tenure as Vice President of EMEA Marketing and Physician Education. Their experience encompasses consulting roles, including retained strategy consultant at Medical Marketing, where they successfully launched a groundbreaking Electrophysiology product.
