Melissa Branch has extensive experience in sales and billing, having worked in various roles at Dell, Grainger, and Philips. From February 2009 to August 2015, Melissa served as an Order Management Specialist at Dell, where responsibilities included organizing sales reports and fostering strong client relationships to exceed sales goals. Prior to that, as an Inside Sales Representative at Dell from October 2005 to March 2009, Melissa was recognized as a “Top Seller” for two consecutive quarters. After her tenure at Dell, Melissa worked as a Billing Analyst at Grainger from September 2015 to May 2020, focusing on resolving payment barriers for customers.
