Merel Dessens

Merel Dessens is currently the X-business Solutions Deliverability Leader at Philips, where they focus on improving customer experience and bridging gaps in processes and infrastructure. Previously, they served in various roles, including Operations Service Manager and District Operations Manager at Philips, and held engineering and managerial positions at Jacobs Douwe Egberts and other companies. Merel holds a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology and has a passion for sustainability, evidenced by their commitment to using skills for planetary improvement. They also have extensive experience in implementing Lean methodologies and leading teams to enhance operational efficiency.
