Michael Yrcha has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, notably serving as a Cath Lab RN at Southlake Regional Health Centre from January 2007 to January 2016. Following this role, Michael held various leadership positions, including Manager of the Cardiac Care Unit and Cath Lab at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre from December 2015 to November 2019, and Cardiac Cath Lab Manager at William Osler Health System from March 2012 to December 2015. In January 2024, Michael transitioned to Philips as Manager Clinical Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring and also took on the role of Clinical Relationship Manager. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Charge Nurse in the emergency department at Trillium Health Centre from November 2002 to March 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakehead University, completed in 2014, and received educational training at Humber College from 1997 to 2000.
