Michiel Bijloo

Michiel Bijloo is currently a Mechanical Development Lead at Philips, where they contribute to product innovation in the Mother and Child Care sector. Previously, they worked as a Product Engineer at Pezy Group from 2009 to 2016, designing and developing products in various categories including Pain Relief and Security Systems. Michiel completed a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Product Design from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2009 and undertook a graduate project focusing on designing a mobile water filter for use in third-world countries. Their diverse experience spans mechanical engineering roles across several companies, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation and product development.
