Mikala Morris, CAPM, is the Compliance Learning Operations Sr. Manager at Philips, bringing over ten years of experience in quality and performance management. Mikala has effectively managed projects for a variety of clients and has a strong background in implementing Quality Management Systems, developing policy documentation, and conducting compliance audits to international standards. Previous roles included serving as a Senior Federal Project Manager at Cerner Corporation and a Senior Quality Management Consultant with IB3 Global Solutions, where they focused on compliance and quality management for the National Nuclear Security Administration.
