Natasha Holley

Natasha Holley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and order fulfillment, currently serving as the Global Order Fulfillment Leader at Philips since June 2007. In this role, Natasha enhances customer experience by ensuring supply chain readiness and managing a global team for critical customer escalations. Previous positions at Philips include Senior Global Service Parts Planning and Supply Manager, where Natasha optimized a $161M service parts inventory and improved supplier performance, and Planning Process and Systems Manager, where Natasha developed processes and tools for the Strategic Planning organization. Natasha's earlier experience includes serving as Global Commodity Manager at The Home Depot, where significant cost savings were achieved, and roles at Kimberly-Clark, where Natasha successfully launched a new product while managing inventory effectively. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
