Naveen Jayabalan

Naveen Jayabalan is a Program Manager at Philips, where they continue to apply their expertise in product development and project management. They hold an AGMP in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BE in Industrial and Production from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore. Previously, Naveen worked at Whirlpool Corporation from 2010 to 2025 in various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager and SBD Leader for Dishwasher, where they successfully led multiple value engineering and quality improvement projects. Naveen is also PMP certified and an Opex Six Sigma Black-Belt, proficient in various product development tools.
