Neil Owen

Neil Owen, PhD, is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and MedTech innovation, currently serving as the Director of Advanced Development at Philips. With a strong academic foundation, Neil earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by an MS and a BS in the same field from the same institution and Pacific Lutheran University, respectively. Previously, they have held roles including Head of Hardware at Vave Health and Principal Architect at Philips, where they have leveraged their expertise in developing advanced systems for therapeutic ultrasound and other technologies.
