Nigel Lim

Nigel Lim is an experienced professional in the fields of quality assurance and system safety, with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. Beginning as an Air Defence System Specialist at RSAF, Nigel developed expertise in maintenance management and logistics oversight. Transitioning to Singapore Technologies SatcomS, Nigel served as a System Safety and QA Engineer, where responsibilities included budget planning, compliance oversight, and the development of system safety plans, before advancing to Project Manager in the same company. As QA Manager at Transmex Systems International, Nigel established the Quality Assurance function to enhance customer satisfaction amid production challenges.
