Ofer Lahav

Ofer Lahav is a Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Philips, where they have been responsible for test documentation and deliverables since 2018. With over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and verification, Ofer previously served as a QA Team Leader at Eshet Tours Group and Algoma Group, focusing on testing flows and Agile work procedures. Ofer began their career as a Junior Manual Tester at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, where they performed manual and regression testing. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, as well as a TCQA in Quality Assurance from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
