Peter van Stralen

Peter van Stralen is a Software Technical Lead at Philips Healthcare, where they currently serve as a Senior Software Architect. They previously held the position of Software Designer at Philips from 2014 to 2022 and worked as a Software Designer and Engineer at ICT Automatisering in 2015. Peter completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Grid Computing, both with honors, at the University of Amsterdam, followed by a PhD focused on Adaptive Streaming Systems. Their doctoral research involved developing a scenario-based approach for mapping applications onto MPSoC architectures, addressing real-time constraints and fault tolerance.
