With over 25 years of experience in project management, procurement, and product engineering, Philip has a proven track record in the automotive and medical device industries. Previously, they held various roles at Philips, including Senior Procurement Engineer and Senior Manager of the Respiratory Care PMO, where they led significant cost-saving initiatives and improved employee engagement. Philip is also an active leader in the Global Pride Employee Resource Group. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, both with a management emphasis.
