Qin Yang

Qin Yang is currently the Director of DfX Consultancy for the APAC region at Philips, where they develop business excellence improvements across various sectors. They previously held multiple roles at Medtronic, including Strategic Initiatives Leader and Sr. National Operation Manager, where they drove significant growth initiatives and led teams in operational excellence. Qin began their career as a Sales Engineer at Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., LT and advanced through various management roles, showcasing strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. They hold multiple MBA degrees from Fudan University and the National University of Singapore, along with advanced project management training from Stanford University.
