Richard Chetty

Richard Chetty, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in service, operations, and manufacturing across healthcare, electronics, automotive, and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently, Richard serves as the Executive Director and Founder of Kyalami Pharmacy & Magalies Pharmacy and Medical Care Centre, and is also a Non-Executive Director at Smartway SA Manufacturing. Richard has held various leadership roles, including Customer Services Director at Jaguar Land Rover Africa and Service Director at Samsung Electronics, where they implemented innovative service strategies across multiple African markets. Richard holds an MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa and has completed several leadership and management programs, including at Harvard Business School. Through a career dedicated to operational excellence, strategic implementation, and workforce development, Richard continues to influence industry practices both locally and internationally.
