Rick Verhoef has over 20 years of experience in the software business, specializing in product management, development, and operations, with a focus on improving business capabilities and R&D effectiveness. Currently, Rick leads the Value Delivery Team for R&D Effectiveness at Philips, driving enhancements for global Informatics R&D teams. Previously, Rick held various director-level positions, including stints at Solera Netherlands and INC Research, where they managed significant projects aimed at process improvements and efficiency. Rick holds a Master of Science in Information Management from RSM Erasmus University.
