Rob Stevens is the General Manager of Health Systems Customer Services at Philips North America, where they oversee service delivery for the largest market of Philips globally. Responsible for more than 1,800 employees in the United States and Canada, Rob provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership within the organization. Previously, Rob served as Vice President for South Zone Customer Services, achieving significant revenue growth and high customer satisfaction ratings. With extensive experience in technical and administrative roles, Rob has also held senior director positions focused on customer care and operational efficiency. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and have completed an executive program at the Wharton School of Business.
