Rubia Schroeder

Rubia Schroeder, MSc, is the Portfolio Management Director at Philips, where they currently lead initiatives in project management. Prior to this role, Rubia served as Customer Engagement Director at Amdocs from 2017 to 2022, and held various positions including System Analyst and Team Leader at Compusoft from 1993 to 1997, and Project Management Team Leader at Softplan from 1997 to 2000. Rubia is pursuing a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, and is also studying Project Management at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo.
