Ruchi Rastogi

Ruchi Rastogi has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in development and process optimization. From 2009 to 2013, Ruchi served as a Senior Development Engineer at OM&T B.V., focusing on Organic LED characterization techniques and light extraction methods for OLEDs. Subsequently, Ruchi worked at Philips, starting as a Process Development Engineer, where responsibilities included the development of biomaterials techniques for microfluidic cartridges and process optimization in high throughput environments. Ruchi later advanced to Project Lead, collaborating on the development of Phase Transition Mastering for Blu-Ray-ROM equipment, as well as evaluating and optimizing various process steps. Ruchi began the career as a Development Engineer, concentrating on Blu-Ray mastering and the feasibility of Phase Transition materials. Ruchi earned a PhD in Materials Science from Eindhoven University of Technology between 1999 and 2003.
