Serena Xu

Serena Xu is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Philips since 2020. Previously, they held the position of Associate Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Stryker (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2018, where they developed and maintained quality standards in accordance with ISO13485 and FDA requirements. Serena has also worked as Head of RAQA & EHS for an end-to-end solution provider between 2018 and 2020, and as Assistant RA Supervisor at Fast Guard Medical Reagent (Suzhou) from 2004 to 2008. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from Beijing ZhongShan University and an Associate's degree in Pharmacology from East China University of Science and Technology.
