Serge Jaspers

Serge Jaspers is the Head of Mechatronics and Manufacturing Systems, Senior Director at Philips Innovation Engineering, where they currently lead initiatives in engineering solutions. They previously held roles including Director of GTD Mechanization in Shanghai at Philips Lighting and Program Director at Philips Lighting. Serge has a robust academic background, earning a Master's Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, as well as an MBA from RSM Erasmus University. Their extensive career spans over two decades, highlighted by significant positions at LGPhilips Displays and various leadership roles within Philips.
