Sha Tao has extensive experience in the airline and procurement sectors, having held key positions at various reputable companies. As Airport Station Manager at Delta Air Lines from March 2008 to September 2009, Sha Tao led the launch of operations in Shanghai, managed terminal relocation, oversaw compliance with FAA and TSA regulations, and directed customer service initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Station Manager at Scandinavian Airlines, focusing on station setup, customer service, and training of personnel. Transitioning to procurement, Sha Tao worked at Philips in several leadership roles from January 2016 to October 2017, and at BCD Travel as Regional Account Manager from January 2010 to May 2014, managing corporate travel solutions for multiple clients across Asia Pacific. Current involvement as Founder and Business Partner at Tao Si Yue Consultant began in July 2024. Sha Tao holds an MBA from Handelshøyskolen BI, completed in 2021.
