Sharad Kumar

Sharad Kumar is currently the Head of Legal for Philips India, where they lead legal strategy and operations across the India Subcontinent region. Over the course of their 30-year career, Sharad has held notable positions such as General Counsel for Asia, Africa, and ANZ at Monsanto and Group Legal Counsel at Ericsson. They previously worked as a Senior Associate at Kochhar & Co. and served in various legal roles at companies including GE Global Research and Motorola. Sharad earned an LL.B. and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from Delhi University.
