Shruti Pai

Shruti Pai is a dedicated people leader passionate about empowering teams and transforming healthcare. They have held various positions across prestigious organizations, including serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Washington and as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Philips. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington while also working towards an M.S. and B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Shruti has contributed as an Adjunct Professor in Mechanical Engineering at Seattle University and engaged as a Research Engineer/Consultant for the Veteran Affairs Puget Sound center.
