Siba Rauto

Siba Rauto has over a decade of experience in operational strategy and management, with significant roles at various multinational corporations. From August 2010 to December 2013, Siba served as Lead Consultant and Interim Lean Leader at IBM Benelux, where responsibilities included managing Lean deployment and implementing Lean Six Sigma principles. Prior experience includes a Business Analyst position at MindTree Ltd. and an Assistant System Engineer role at Tata Consultancy Services, where Siba drove process improvements and strategic initiatives. Subsequently, Siba held multiple leadership roles at Philips, including Enterprise Information Management Program Manager and Commercial Leader for Central Eastern Europe, overseeing P&L management for 19 countries. Siba began formal education with an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management, completed in 2007.
