Steele Wang

Steele Wang has extensive experience in training and development, specializing in sales and retail training. From 2001 to 2002, Steele served as a Trainer at Giti Tire, delivering service courses certified by the Singapore Service Quality Centre, and managed national sales training as a Project Manager. In subsequent roles, including Assistant Training Manager and Manager of Retail Training at Philips from 2006 to 2008, Steele was responsible for training over 300 sales personnel in Mainland China and establishing national retail training programs. Currently, since January 2017, Steele has been working as a freelance lecturer and consultant, focusing on retail, interpersonal communication, and business innovation. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Chinese Modern Literature from Shanghai Academy of Social Science and non-degree education in playwriting and directing from Shanghai Theatre Academy.
