Stefan Smid

Stefan Smid is the Head of Project Management Central Europe at Philips, where they are responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing innovative projects in medical informatics. With over eight years of experience, Stefan has led a team of project managers to deliver effective healthcare solutions, applying their expertise in various project management methodologies and certifications, including Scrum Master and PRINCE2. Prior to Philips, they held multiple IT service and project management roles at Universitätsmedizin Göttingen. Stefan holds a degree in Business Information Systems from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
