Previously, they served in various roles at Philips, including Senior Supplier Quality Manager and Global Quality & Regulatory Project Manager, where they focused on supplier audits, quality systems, and training. Stefan founded Q-Transfer, offering consultancy and training in quality domains, and they were a freelance trainer at Mikrocentrum. They hold a Post Bachelor in Quality & Change Management from Avans Hogeschool and are certified in multiple quality methodologies and regulations.
