Previously, Stephanie served as Vice President and Head of Marketing for Europe at Philips, where they successfully established a high-performing B2B marketing team and increased brand strength. With a diverse background across various leadership roles in marketing and consulting, Stephanie co-founded Feelgood and has led significant transformations in multiple Philips divisions, driving substantial growth and innovation. They also contribute to the startup ecosystem as a Board Member at STARTUP TEENS. Stephanie holds a degree in Mastering Board Governance from IMD.
