Steve Manker

Steve Manker serves as the Program Management Office Leader and Senior Director of Program Management at Philips since February 2021. Previously, Steve held several leadership positions at Medtronic from April 2009 to January 2021, including Senior Program Director, where responsibilities included leading a team of eight program managers to develop and launch deep brain stimulation products, and Senior Site Director during a three-year expatriate assignment in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, overseeing site operations and integration following an acquisition. Additional roles at Medtronic span from Engineering Director to Program Manager, all concentrating on neuromodulation product development and commercialization. Early career experience includes engineering roles at vt Process Technology & Controls and 3M. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1989.
