Steve Mroch

Steve Mroch is the Director of Engineering at Philips, where they focus on product development and life cycle management. Previously, they held roles such as Sr. Engineering Manager at Philips and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp, achieving significant cost savings and process improvements. During their tenure at Siemens, they developed a supplier management team that led to substantial reductions in supplier failures and nonconformance costs. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they are currently continuing their education.
