Suzanne Degreef

Suzanne Degreef is a Continuous Improvement Lead at Philips, where they have cultivated over 20 years of experience, including more than 7 years in their current role. As a Lean Black Belt, Suzanne leverages their expertise to drive operational efficiency and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. Previously, they served as an Executive Assistant and Communications Manager at Philips, as well as an Office Manager at Amsterdam Penitentiary Over-Amstel. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing from Hogeschool INHOLLAND and has completed Lean Black Belt and Green Belt certifications from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
