Tim Burke

National Support Specialist

Tim Burke has extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector, particularly in ultrasound services. Burke began a career in the United States Air Force, serving as a PMEL Section Supervisor from 1982 to 1988, before transitioning to biomedical engineering roles at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare and SUNY Upstate Medical University. Burke joined Philips Healthcare in 1999, where notable positions included Senior Ultrasound Field Service Engineer and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Since 2010, Burke serves as a National Support Specialist, providing technical support and overseeing escalations for ultrasound field service engineers across North America. Previous experience also includes a tenure at ATL Ultrasound as a Senior Field Service Engineer. Educational achievements include a degree in Computer Networking from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with certifications as a CompTia Certified Technical Trainer and an AAS in Metrology/PMEL from the Community College of the Air Force.
