Timothy Nathan is a Lead Intellectual Property Counsel for Population Health Management at Philips, currently leveraging over 20 years of experience in global intellectual property creation and strategic development, with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics. Previously, Timothy held various roles, including Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care and Intellectual Property Counsel at Respironics, where they managed multiple patent portfolios and conducted extensive due diligence for acquisitions. Timothy obtained a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law, as well as a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
