Tom Clabbers

Tom Clabbers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and systems design. Tom's career includes roles at Océ Technologies B.V. from 2009 to 2011 as a Multidisciplinary Function Lead and Domain Architect for the WideFormat B/W platform, followed by a tenure at Océ - A Canon Company as Lead Engineer from 2013 to 2016. As System Architect from 2016 to 2020, Tom was responsible for connecting business needs to R&D, developing product roadmaps, and overseeing various product qualities. Currently, Tom serves as a Senior Systems Engineer at Philips and has recently held the position of Chief Technology Officer at FC Urban, where innovation in football experience is a key focus. Tom began his professional journey as an Apprentice at Weir Minerals in 2005 and was a thesis student at ASML in 2007. Tom holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
