Tom Coolen

Tom Coolen is the Director of Client Enablement Operations at Philips Digital Innovation Platforms, where they lead several teams focused on international operations for the Philips HealthSuite Platform. They are responsible for implementing best-in-class operational processes and tooling while guiding the workforce toward achieving goals and milestones. Previously, Tom has held various roles at Philips, including Senior Test Analyst, Operations Lead, and several management positions related to platform operations and DevOps practices. Tom began their career as a Test Analyst and has experience in consulting and test coordination across several companies. They hold a Bachelor's degree in ICT from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
