Travis D. Rager

Travis D. Rager serves as the Global Head of Business Excellence for Philips Emergency Care and is a key member of the Emergency Care Leadership Team, overseeing M&A divestment, Global Business Transformation, and project management teams. With extensive experience at Philips since 2006, Travis has held various leadership roles including Senior Director for North America PMO, Chief of Staff for North America Commercial Operations, and Director in both Marketing Operations & Regulatory Affairs and R&D Project Management. Prior to Philips, Travis worked as a Manufacture Representative for Buckeye International and served in the US Army in various engineering and finance roles. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Washington State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University, and advanced leadership training from Cambridge University and Harvard Business School.
