Won Jang

Won Jang is currently serving as the ISC Transformation PMO at Philips, where they focus on change management and communication within the Sales & Operations Planning Excellence Transformation team. Their previous experience includes roles at Bluebell Korea as a Sales Staff and Unilever as a Customer Development Intern, where they enhanced their communication skills. Won also served in the Republic of Korea Navy, fostering leadership and cooperation skills. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and completed an exchange minor in International Management and Consultancy at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
