Yanfei Mao

Yanfei Mao is a Senior Physicist at Philips, where they have over 14 years of research experience in medical imaging, focusing on image reconstruction and PET/CT system calibration. They lead advanced research projects and participate in the design of digital PET/CT systems. Yanfei previously held roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Utah, where they developed simulation tools and algorithms, and worked as a Cardiac Reconstruction Intern at Toshiba Medical Research Institute USA. Yanfei holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Sichuan University.
